7-Day Return Policy: You have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. This means you have ample time to inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that all tags are still attached. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions: Certain items cannot be returned for various reasons. These include perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any concerns about the eligibility of your specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new one. This ensures a smooth and efficient process.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period: If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned earlier apply to these returns.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
