Refund And Cancelation Policy

At HomeFlair, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. That's why we have a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return request.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at homeflair.in@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that cancellations are not guaranteed, especially if the order has already been shipped.

If your order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process mentioned above.

Exceptions

While we strive to provide a hassle-free return and cancellation experience, there are certain exceptions to our policy:

  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants, cannot be returned.
  • Custom products or personalized items are not eligible for return or cancellation.
  • Personal care goods, including beauty products, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are non-returnable.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
